1. General Provisions These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of baby equipment provided by EasyStroll Rentals (hereinafter referred to as "the Owner") to the person renting the equipment (hereinafter referred to as "the Renter"). By completing a booking request, the Renter agrees to these terms in full.
2. Booking and Confirmation
  • Submitting a request on the website does not guarantee a booking.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the Owner verifies availability and sends a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • No deposit is required at the time of booking.
3. Delivery and Pick-up
  • A fixed delivery and pick-up fee of €24 applies to all orders within the Porto area, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia, and Porto Airport (OPO).
  • This fee is for a round-trip service (drop-off and subsequent collection).
  • The Renter must be present at the agreed location and time for both delivery and collection.
4. Payment Terms
  • Total rental costs and delivery fees are payable in full upon delivery.
  • We accept payments in cash or via bank card (Visa/Mastercard).
5. Equipment Use and Responsibility
  • The Renter agrees to use the equipment for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.
  • The equipment remains the property of EasyStroll Rentals at all times.
  • The Renter is responsible for the equipment from the moment of delivery until it is collected by our representative.
6. Damage, Loss, and Hygiene
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We understand that minor scuffs or light usage marks are part of a holiday. No extra charges apply for normal wear.
  • Deep Cleaning: If the equipment is returned excessively dirty (e.g., significant food stains, vomit, or sand inside mechanisms), a professional cleaning fee of €20 may be charged.
  • Damage: In the event of damage that affects the safety or functionality of the equipment, the Renter will be charged the cost of the repair.
  • Total Loss or Theft: If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the Renter agrees to pay the current market replacement value of the item.
7. Liability EasyStroll Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment. It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that the equipment (strollers, car seats, etc.) is used according to safety guidelines.
8. Cancellation Policy We appreciate being notified as soon as possible if your plans change. There are currently no cancellation fees, but we reserve the right to decline future bookings in case of repeated "no-shows" without notice.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. If you have any concern or dispute about the rental service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting EasyStroll Rentals.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyStroll Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, missed flights, train delays, or altered travel plans) arising out of the use or inability to use the rented equipment.
11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
